Current credit students, faculty and advisors at Holyoke Community College may log into the secure My Online Services to access HCC academic services as well as their personal information on record.

Students - set up your My Online Services account as soon as possible to access your Mid-Term grades, review your transcript and account status, check on upcoming course offerings. Your My Online Services account must be set-up in order for you to register via web during pre-registration periods.

1. To log in:

HCC ID: Your 9-digit HCC ID number located on your HCC ID card.

PIN: Default/temporary pin is: An uppercase "H" + lowercase "cc" + the last six digits of your HCC ID number. For example, if the last six digits of your HCC ID are 123456, your password would be Hcc123456

2. Once logged in, you will be asked to create a new PIN. PINs may be 8-15 characters in length, may contain letters and/or numbers, and are case-sensitive. Do not use your name, birthdate or UserID as your permanent PIN. You should not share your PIN with anyone.

3. Next you will create a security question and answer. The purpose is to establish your identity so if you ever forget your PIN, you will be able to reset it yourself without outside assistance. Type a brief question and answer that other people are unlikely to know.

4. Next Click Continue to signal that you agree to the Terms of Use of accessing HCC's online system. Then just follow the menus to find the information you want.

5. When you are finished, click Exit at top right to log off, and be sure to close the browser.
